Depending on the foundation you are applying to there are two ways to register.
If the login page has a button: Organisation already exists follow scenario 2.
If the login page doesn't have a button, Organisation already exists follow scenario 1.
Scenario 1:
If your organisation already exists, you can register as a new user under that organisation. You will need to wait for the account to be verified though before you will gain access to Grant Toolbox.
- Go to the applicant portal and click the 'Register' button.
- Select 'Organisation already exists'.
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy.
- Search for your organisation name and select it. If it isn’t there you may need to register a new organisation.
- Enter your contact details and submit the form.
A Grant Manager from the Foundation will need to approve your request.
Once approved you will receive an email with details on how to activate your account (This may take 24 - 48 hours). Check your junk email if you don’t receive it.
Scenario 2:
If your organisation already exists, you can register as a new user under that organisation. You will need to wait for the account to be verified though before you will gain access to Grant Toolbox.
- Go to the applicant portal and click the 'Organisation already exists' button.
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy.
- Enter the name of the organisation that you want to register with.
- Enter your contact details and submit the form.
A Grant Manager from the Foundation will need to approve your request.
Once approved you will receive an email with details on how to activate your account (This may take 24 - 48 hours). Check your junk email if you don’t receive it.
