Once an applicant has submitted an EOI or full application you have the option to send it back to them to make revisions.
You will be able to add annotations letting the applicant know what you would like changed and add a date which you would like it completed by.
The applicant will only be able to modify fields which you have added an annotation to and not the entire application.
How to request a revision
- Open the application which will have the status Submitted or Submitted EOI.
Follow the instructions that are displayed on the application for requesting a revision.
- The applicant will receive an email letting them know revisions have been requested.
- The applicant will also receive a reminder email a day before the due date if they haven’t submitted their revisions.
- Once submitted, the application status will move to Revision Submitted or EOI Revision Submitted.
- Any annotations that you entered will be visible in the Annotations list on the application.
- Once revisions have been submitted by the applicant, select each annotation to view the comments and then Mark as Resolved.
