If someone has left your organisation you will need to remove them as the primary applicant on their applications.
- Open the application which you wish to change the primary contact for.
- Change the Primary Contact to another user who is registered in Grant Toolbox and then Save Draft.
- Open any reports that are in draft status which need to also have the owner changed. Select the new owner from the dropdown list and then Save Draft.
Note: You need to add new users into Grant Toolbox before you can assign them as a primary contact.
If you don’t have access to edit the primary contact you will need to contact the funding organisation or Grant Toolbox support.
