1. If the organisation you wish to move the individual to doesn’t exist, use the Add organisation (ABN) button on the home page to create the organisation profile first.
2. Open the profile of the individual and change the organisation associated with the contact from 'Individuals' to the name of the organisation you are moving them to.
3. Open the Actions menu and select Edit Roles and Access
4. Remove Individual Applicant role and add Applicant to their roles and Save.
