- Go to your home page on the Portal.
- Under the CRM shortcuts select 'Add Organisation (ABN)'
- Accept the privacy statement.

Enter either a name or the ABN and then ‘Search’.
Be patient. It may take a minute. You will be alerted if the ABN already exists or if there is an organisation with a similar name. If the organisation already exists do not continue to follow these steps.

Select the matching organisation from the search results.

Check the details are correct, select the I’m not a robot check box and then ‘Submit’.

The organisation will now be created and will appear in your CRM. It will have a status of ‘Requires Update’. If this organisation submits an application they will be prompted to enter the rest of the required organisation information.
- If you need to enter users for the organisation you can now proceed to manually adding new users.
