There may be situations where a person may need to belong to more than one organisation. Eg. They are a director of one organisation but a board member at another organisation or a professor at a University and a consultant at a hospital.
Note: Not all older Grant Toolbox instances will have access to this feature. You will only see the Associations tab if you have access. Contact Grant Toolbox if this is a feature you would like enabled.
The steps are:
- Open the user from the CRM
- Enter Edit mode, by selecting the Edit button
- Go the Associations tab
- Search for the second organisation, select the role of the user and then the ‘Add Organisation’ button.
- Once logged in the applicant can choose which organisation they wish to interact as by selecting the change organisation icon in the top right.
